Louis is a third-year Software Engineering student at the University of Adelaide (expected 2026) with a strong foundation across software development, databases, and systems work. He’s delivered a range of uni projects including software architecture for a mental health check-in system, a database-backed online bookstore with secure access control, and low-level work like a VM translator and Hack assembly programs.
He also has hands-on machine learning experience through coursework, preparing datasets, training regression and classification models, and evaluating them using cross-validation and ROC/AUC. In computer vision work, he trained convolutional neural networks and managed experiments under strict run budgets.
Louis brings a practical, reliable working style and strong communication from customer-facing roles, plus a genuine interest in AI and emerging tech. He combines solid technical fundamentals (Python, SQL, Git, testing, documentation) with a team-first mindset and a focus on delivering work others can rely on.
