Throughout his career, Shane has worked with some of Australia’s largest organisations, including Services Australia, SA Health, SA Power Networks, and BAE Systems. He has a proven ability to bridge business and technical teams, build trust with stakeholders, and guide delivery in complex environments.

A certified agile practitioner and experienced product owner, Shane has led high-profile teams through iterative improvements, helped establish enterprise data glossaries, and introduced governance operating models that stick.
